The purchase procedures and privacy policy of the Luciano Pinheiro website will be governed by this document. • Registration: The process of submitting basic personal information of users on the website. Registration information will be stored in the Luciano Pinheiro brand's database;
• Unregistration: Refers to the cancellation of registration. Information previously stored through registration will be deleted from the Luciano Pinheiro brand's database.
• Customers: Individuals who have registered and purchased products offered on the website;
• Luciano Pinheiro Website: Refers to the electronic address www.lucianopinheirodesign.com.br;
• Visitor: Any and all persons who browse the website;
• Authentication: Provision of the information requested in the registration so that customers are granted access to the restricted area of the website; and
• Customer Service (SAC): The Customer Service is the channel for customer support and assistance.

• To optimize the delivery of requested products, customers are required to register on the website. This registration, which will only involve providing basic information, will be essential for consumers to track their orders and receive updates.
• If the customer wishes, the registration can also serve as a way to notify them about brand news and promotions. However, if they do not wish to receive these, they can unsubscribe.
• Registration is only permitted for individuals aged 18 (eighteen) or older; minors must be assisted by their guardians to make purchases.
• The information requested for registration specifically includes the following data from customers: (i) full name; (ii) date of birth; (iii) CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer ID); (iv) email address; (v) phone number; (vi) gender; and (vii) residential address. Other confidential personal information, such as bank details, will only be requested at the time of payment and will not remain registered on the website in any way.
• The information provided during registration must be true and accurate. Customers must update this information as changes occur, under penalty of bearing the consequences of any omission.

• Payment methods: Payment methods will be available at the time of purchase on the website and may include: credit card, bank slip issuance, and other online payment methods. Luciano Pinheiro may prioritize one payment method over others, or even suspend it, at any time, without prior notice.
• Authentication: For a visitor to purchase a product, they must be properly authenticated with their registration data on the website.
• Shipping: The delivery fee will be calculated depending on the type of shipping chosen by the customer. Shipping types vary according to delivery time and the carrier that will make the delivery, so the possible options will be described in the shipping table at the time of checkout.
• Installments: The possibility of installments is undefined and will be determined depending on the product or purchase value. The possible installment options will be available at the time of checkout.
• Promotions: Promotions will always be announced on the website and may take various forms: percentage off the final price, fixed amount to be discounted, products with reduced prices, discount coupons, and others.
• Price: Product prices on the website are the same for consumers throughout Brazil and abroad.

• Delivery: Deliveries of orders placed by customers will be carried out by carriers hired by Luciano Pinheiro. However, the customer has the option to choose another carrier depending on the desired type of freight. The product may be received by anyone at the location, provided they are fully capable according to the Civil Code, including doormen and secretaries, upon presentation of personal identification and signature on the delivery receipt, making the delivery valid for all purposes.
• Delivery time: The delivery time will depend on the type of freight chosen at the time of purchase and will be automatically calculated by the Luciano Pinheiro website. The period will be computed from the first business day after payment approval.
• Delivery failure: 3 (three) visits will be made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. If Luciano Pinheiro is unable to deliver the product on any of the attempts, regardless of the reason for the failure, the product will be returned to stock, and the customer will be notified by email. Once notified, the customer must contact SAC on the Luciano Pinheiro website.
• Information: After completing the purchase, the customer will receive information about the shipping status of the product. The shipping stages until the products are delivered are: (i) order confirmation; (ii) payment approved; (iii) order in separation; (iv) order with carrier; and (v) order successfully delivered.

• Data storage: all information obtained from visitor registration will be incorporated into the Luciano Pinheiro brand's database, for which xxxx is responsible, headquartered in the City and State of São Paulo at Rua xxxxx – xxxx – CEP  xxxxxx and registered under CNPJ no. xxxxxx. All data will be stored securely, so that information can only be accessed by qualified personnel authorized by Luciano Pinheiro. Stored information will be deleted from the Luciano Pinheiro brand's database if the customer unsubscribes.
• Use of information: data provided by customers will be used for the following purposes: (i) to provide updates on the order placed by the customer, both by email and by cell phone, by sending SMS; (ii) to allow access to the restricted area of the website; (iii) to inform about news, promotions and events of the Luciano Pinheiro brand; (iv) to facilitate communication between the brand and customers; and (v) for legal purposes, if necessary.
• Use of location: applications that may eventually be associated with the website, and the website itself, may request the use of location by the user, a tool that will enable the provision of relevant information based on location, such as personalized ads and content.
• Email: by registering, the customer may receive email communications regarding placed orders, registration data, and promotions and announcements. If the customer does not wish to receive emails, they can request to be unsubscribed from the mailing list in the email itself.
• Information sharing: it is declared that all information provided will be protected by the Luciano Pinheiro website. It is necessary to share registration information with third parties contracted by the brand to improve the business. Examples include logistical services for orders, sending emails, database analysis, creating marketing actions, and processing credit card transactions. It is important to note that its use is only authorized for the contracted purposes. It is guaranteed that no personal information will be sold or freely given to other brands and websites.
• Secure purchase: bank account details will not be stored in the website's database and, therefore, will not be accessible to Luciano Pinheiro. Such information is confidential and will be protected by encryption.
• Cookies: the website will use cookies to store commercial information of its visitors, i.e., data regarding their product preferences and consumption patterns. If the visitor wishes, these cookies can be blocked in the browser settings.
• Damages: Luciano Pinheiro declares to take all possible precautions to ensure the best security system for the portal; however, it is not responsible for any damages that are not its responsibility, such as failures, viruses, or invasions of the website's database.

• In accordance with Law No. 8.078, referring to the Consumer Defense Code, the Luciano Pinheiro brand has developed an exchange and return policy that meets the interests of its consumers, protecting them and guaranteeing their rights in adverse situations.
• Return: according to article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code, customers can withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the product. Thus, if it is in the consumer's interest, Luciano Pinheiro will accept the product, provided it is in perfect condition, and, in exchange, will refund the amount paid, which may take up to 7 (seven) business days to credit to the customer's account.
• Exchange: an exchange will only be granted when the product is not delivered in the situations promised by the website or if the customer wishes for a product of equal value. If the customer chooses a product of greater value, they will be responsible for any exceeding amount.
• Damage: due to carrier negligence during the merchandise transportation process, products may arrive damaged at the customer's residence. In this case, the damage is visually noticeable on the packaging, so customers can submit a complaint to the website's customer service (SAC). It is necessary to send photos of the damaged products for evaluation, so that new products in perfect condition can be sent.
• Defect: if the products arrive with defects in their packaging or composition, new products can be requested through the website's customer service (SAC). If the defect is not visually apparent, such as problems due to the product's chemical composition, it must be returned for testing. For visible defects, the consumer must also send photos of the defects.
• Discrepancy with the order: if products different from what was requested by the consumer are delivered, the customer only needs to send a message to the customer service (SAC) with the invoice, indicating the products that were actually purchased. If products are missing, the customer must send a photo of the products received, indicating those that are absent. If all products received are incorrect, they must be returned so that the correct items can be sent.
• Procedure: in the case of product withdrawal or exchange, it will be necessary to contact the customer service (SAC) on the Luciano Pinheiro website. The consumer must report the incident in an email, also submitting the invoice that proves their purchase. After this process, they must send the product back to the address provided by the SAC, so that as soon as the product is received, a new product will be sent. In the case of exchange due to damage and defects, it will be necessary to send photos of such products so that they can be analyzed.
• Deadline: after the product is received back by Luciano Pinheiro, the new item will be sent within 10 (ten) business days.
• Service hours: service will be provided during business hours.

• Responsibilities: (i) paying for all internet and data usage services required for browsing the site; (ii) providing the necessary equipment to access the site; (iii) having security systems on their own device, preventing it from being harmed by eventual viruses and invasions on the site; (iv) completing their own registration on the site; (v) paying compensation in case of causing damages and losses to Luciano Pinheiro, as provided for in Article 70 of the Civil Procedure Code; and (vi) indemnifying and protecting the image of the Luciano Pinheiro brand, committing not to defame or commit any other acts that harm its public image.

This Usage Policy and General Conditions is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Its text shall be interpreted in Portuguese. Clients and visitors submit to the Central Court of the Capital District of the State of São Paulo.
